Ingredients
- 3 Tillen Farms Bourbon Bada Bing Cherries
- ½ ounce syrup from cherries
- 1 ½ ounce bourbon
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Directions
- In a shaker, muddle together 2 cherries and the syrup. Add bourbon, lemon juice and ice, cover and shake.
- Open shaker and add egg white. Return top and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with remaining cherry.
