Ingredients
- 1 large seedless cucumber, peeled if desired and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Stonewall Kitchen Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
Directions
- In a medium serving bowl combine the prepared cucumbers, red onion, Sesame Ginger Dressing and carrots.
- Toss gently.
