Maple Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, quartered with pits removed
  • 2 ounces arugula
  • 3 plums, cut into wedges
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • Stonewall Kitchen Maple Balsamic Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons basil, picked
  • 2 tablespoons mint, picked
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on high.
  2. Place peach halves cut side down on the grill for about 30-60 seconds, just long enough to form grill marks. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Place a bed of arugula on a serving platter. Arrange grilled peaches and plums on arugula, and top with crumbled goat cheese.
  4. Drizzle Maple Balsamic Dressing over the whole platter, then garnish with basil and mint. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
