  1. In a large stock pot, cover chopped potatoes with water.
  2. Place pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are soft and easily smashed with a fork.
  3. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
  4. Add cream, butter, and seasoning and mash to desired consistency.
  5. Serve immediately.
