Originally built in 1388, the idyllic Monastery of Montebello has long served as an emblem of agriculture in northern Italy. Today, a cooperative of family farms continues the tradition, employing sustainable practices to maintain the integrity of both land and crops. In tandem with an on-site mill and artisanal factory, they take organic durum wheat from seed to semolina flour to create our Montebello organic pasta.
