Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag Marshmallows
- 6 cups rice crispy cereal
- ½ cup Stonewall Kitchen Sour Cherry Jam
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Melt butter in a large, heavy bottomed pot. Add marshmallows and cook on low heat while stirring.
- Cook until melted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add rice crispies. Stir until incorporated.
- Press half the mixture into an 8x8 pan. Swirl jam into remaining mixture, then press that into pan as well.
- While cooling, combine peanut butter and oil. Drizzle over rice crispies, then slice and enjoy.
