- 1 slice bread, toasted
- 1-2 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Horseradish Aioli
- 1 ounce smoked salmon, pulled into small pieces
- 1 radish, washed and thinly sliced
- 6 thinly sliced rounds of an English cucumber
- Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
- Spread Horseradish Aioli over toast.
- Top with a layer of smoked salmon, cucumber and radish.
- Top with a sprig of fresh dill weed.
