  • 1 slice bread, toasted
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Horseradish Aioli
  • 1 ounce smoked salmon, pulled into small pieces
  • 1 radish, washed and thinly sliced
  • 6 thinly sliced rounds of an English cucumber
  • Fresh dill sprigs for garnish


  1. Spread Horseradish Aioli over toast.
  2. Top with a layer of smoked salmon, cucumber and radish.
  3. Top with a sprig of fresh dill weed.
