In a food processor, combine 1 cup black beans and ¼ cup Sriracha Ranch Dressing. Purée until a smooth paste is created.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining black beans, remaining Sriracha ranch dressing, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, salt, pepper, lime juice, and honey. Add puréed black bean mixture and mix until well combined and you are able to form a ball.
Create 4-6 patties and place in the refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375° F.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil (split olive oil if you are searing patties in batches). Add patties and sear each side for 3-5 minutes, until edges are crisp. Move the patties to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping once half way through. Serve with additional Sriracha Ranch Dressing if desired.
