Ingredients
- 3 cups prepared (cooked) rice
- 3/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 3-4 scallions, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, drained and crushed
- 1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Pineapple Ginger Sauce (or to taste)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and heat in a saute pan over medium-low heat. Serve immediately.
