Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 2 Tablespoons tequila
- 2 teaspoons Maine Seafood Rub
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 limes
- ¼ cup chopped, fresh cilantro
- Stonewall Kitchen New England Cocktail Sauce
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tequila, seafood rub, salt, and zest and juice from one lime. Add the shrimp and toss until shrimp are well coated.
- Slice second lime into wedges.
- Right before serving, toss in fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and New England Cocktail Sauce.
