Peach Sherbet



  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. With an immersion blender, puree the mixture until well blended, allowing some chunks of peach to remain.
  2. Place the mixture into the bowl of an electric ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker’s instructions.
  3. Remove from ice cream maker bowl, place into a plastic container with a tight fitting lid and freeze for an additional 6-8 hours before serving.
