Ingredients
- 8 slices seedless rye bread
- Mesclun greens or other lettuce
- Tomato, sliced
- 1 1/4 pound rare roast beef
- 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Basil Aioli or Horseradish Aioli
Directions
- Coat one side of each slice of rye toast with aioli.
- Layer salad greens, tomato slices and roast beef. Form sandwich, cut and serve.
