Combine 2/3 cup Strawberry Jam with 20 ounces of yogurt.
Combine remaining yogurt with extract and honey.
Dollop some plain yogurt in each mold, then follow with a dollop of strawberry yogurt. Add a small amount of the remaining Strawberry Jam, then continue layering the yogurts and the jam until the molds are full.
Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight. Dip mold quickly into warm water to remove.
