To make cubes:

  1. Make a pot of strong coffee and pour into ice cube molds. Place in freezer and allow to freeze.

To make coffee:

  1. Combine coffee, half-and-half and caramel sauce in a pitcher and stir until combined.
  2. Fill two glasses with frozen coffee ice cubes and pour coffee mixture over. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of coffee caramel.
